The best they could do was move us to a cheaper room the next day, and charge us less. We had paid for the upgraded Executive Pool View Room with Lanai.
When we finally got into our room about 5 pm after moving car, (and waiting on valet service for luggage), the closet doors were off the track, and we had requested a microwave which was suppose to be in the room and wasn't. Room was finally was ready around 4:35 PM. OK not bad as we were a bit early, at 3:10 PM, were were told yes they were in room cleaning another 15-20 minutes. Well it all started shortly after we arrived: We arrived at 2:30 PM & we were told our room would be ready in 15-20 minutes, they were putting a rush on it.
